There are many government departments and essential service authorities that need to sign off and issue a statement of compliance for your subdivision application.
Our role is to keep your project moving through the various steps, we do this by:
Keep the subdivision application moving through all the appropriate channels.
Ensuring the service authorities respond within 28 days to Council with their consent.
Follow up any departments that need further information, outstanding monies paid, etc.
Advising if any further information is required for your application to proceed.
The Statement of Compliance can only be issued when outstanding conditions and fees have been satisfied and the Land Surveyor has provided the appropriate documentation to Council.
We ensure the above mentioned process is monitored and completed in a timely manner.
